About Me

After spending 14 years in NYC as a working actor in theatre, film, and commercials, due to the pandemic I was forced to leave my beloved NY and return to the Midwest where it all began.

While pursuing my career in NY I studied with the legendary teacher, director, and actor Austin Pendleton as well as Terry Schreiber, the late Michael Howard, and the extrodinary Patsy Rodenburg of the Royal Shakespeare Company.

After graduating from Missouri State University, I took a very unplanned sabbatical from acting for far too many years. I won't bore you with all the details suitable for an episode of any classic soap opera, but during that time I was an Executive for a department store, an Account Executive in the Fashion industry, a University Professor, and a Hospice Caretaker.

During my career I have had the great opportunity to play women who are strong, independent, funny, and with great depth of emotion; such great repertory roles ranging from Ofelia in Anna in the Tropics, Nat in Rabbit Hole, Truvy in Steel Magnolias, the Nurse in Romeo and Juliet, and Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit. As well as many more to come!
